Texas Instruments DRV8262DDWR, NMOS tabanlı tam entegre kontrol ve güç katına sahip motor sürücü entegresidir. 4.5V–65V besleme aralığında çalışır, 4 adet half-bridge çıkış sunar ve On/Off ile PWM arayüzünü destekler. 44-HTSSOP (PowerTSSOP) SMD kılıftadır, -40°C ile 125°C aralığında çalışır ve AEC-Q100 otomotiv yeterliliğine sahiptir.
