TV04A150JB-G, Comchip Technology tarafından üretilen Zener tipi TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diyotudur. 15V ters standoff voltajı ve 24.4V clamping voltajı ile voltaj geçişlerinden korunma sağlar. DO-214AC (SMA) yüzey montaj paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, 16.39A tepe darbe akımı kapasitesi ve 400W tepe darbe gücü ile genel amaçlı koruma uygulamalarında kullanılır. -55°C ile 150°C arasında çalışan bu diyot, elektronik devrelerde ESD ve voltaj spike koruması gerektiren uygulamalarda tercih edilir.
