L6561 8-DIP PFC Kontrolcü Entegre Devre Hakkında
STMicroelectronics L6561, geçiş (transition) modunda çalışan PFC kontrolcü entegre devredir. 11V–18V besleme aralığında çalışır, başlangıç akımı 50 µA seviyesindedir ve -25°C ile 125°C arasında kullanılabilir. Through-hole montaj için 8-DIP kılıftadır ve yeni tasarımlar için önerilmez (Not For New Designs).
