RGTH80TS65DGC11 Hakkında
RGTH80TS65DGC11, ROHM Semiconductor tarafından üretilen 650V/70A kapasiteli bir Trench Field Stop tipi IGBT transistördür. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu komponent, maksimum 234W güç yönetiminde kullanılır. 400V/40A test koşullarında 2.1V Vce(on) değerine sahiptir ve 58ns reverse recovery time ile hızlı anahtarlama özelliği gösterir. Operating temperature aralığı -40°C ile 175°C arasındadır. Endüstriyel uygulamalarda, motor sürücülerinde, güç kaynağı sistemlerinde, UPS cihazlarında ve inverter devrelerinde yaygın olarak kullanılır. Through-hole montaj tipi ile PCB'ye doğrudan entegre edilebilir.
