RGTH80TK65GC11, ROHM Semiconductor tarafından üretilen 650V Trench Field Stop tipi IGBT transistördür. 31A sürekli collector akımı ve 160A pulse akımı ile endüstriyel uygulamalarda kullanılır. TO-3PFM paketinde sunulan bu komponentin maksimum gate charge değeri 79 nC olup, hızlı anahtarlama özellikleri (Td on/off: 34ns/120ns) sayesinde güç dönüştürücü, inverter ve motor kontrol devrelerinde tercih edilir. -40°C ile 175°C arasında çalışabilmesi geniş uygulama alanı sağlar.
