IRG7T15FF12Z Hakkında
IRG7T15FF12Z, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 1200V/30A kapasiteli üç fazlı inverter IGBT modülüdür. EZIRPACK 1™ paketlemesi ile sunulan bu bileşen, endüstriyel uygulamalarda güç dönüştürme ve motor kontrol sistemlerinde kullanılmaktadır. 2.2V Vce(on) değeri ile düşük iletim kaybı sağlarken, geniş çalışma sıcaklığı aralığı (-40°C ~ 150°C) ve entegre NTC termistor özelliği ile termal yönetim imkanı sunar. Chassis mount tasarımı ile endüstriyel kontrol cihazlarına doğrudan entegre edilebilir. Maksimum 210W güç yönetimi kapasitesi ile orta güç uygulamalarına uygundur.
