FZ1600R17KE3NOSA1, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 1700V/2300A IGBT modülüdür. Three Phase Inverter konfigürasyonunda tasarlanan bu komponent, 8950W güç kapasitesi ile yüksek akım uygulamalarında kullanılır. NPT (Non-Punch Through) IGBT teknolojisini kullanan modül, 2.45V Vce(on) değeri ile verimli çalışır. Entegre NTC Thermistor ile sıcaklık monitörlenmesi sağlanır. -40°C ile +125°C arasında stabil çalışır. Güç dönüştürme, endüstriyel invertörler ve motor sürücü uygulamalarında kullanılır. Chassis mount tipi kasa ile kolay montaj imkanı sunar.
