FZ1600R17HP4HOSA2 Hakkında
FZ1600R17HP4HOSA2, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 1700V/1600A IGBT modülüdür. Trench tipi IGBT teknolojisi kullanan bu bileşen, Single Switch konfigürasyonunda çalışır ve maksimum 10500W güç yönetebilir. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate voltajında 1300A akımda 2.25V'tur. Chassis mount tipi montajına uygun tasarlanmış olup, -40°C ile 150°C arasında çalışma sıcaklığına sahiptir. Yüksek voltaj uygulamalarında, endüstriyel inverter'lerde, motor sürücülerinde ve güç dönüştürücü sistemlerinde kullanılır. Input kapasitansi 130nF (@25V) olup, collector cutoff akımı maksimum 5mA'dir.
