FS100R12N2T4BPSA2 Hakkında
FS100R12N2T4BPSA2, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 1200V IGBT modülüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisine dayanan bu üç fazlı inverter modülü, maksimum 100A kollektör akımı ve 2.1V Vce(on) değeri ile çalışır. AG-ECONO2B-411 paketinde sunulan komponent, -40°C ile +150°C arasında çalışan ortamlarda kullanılabilir. Düşük güç tüketimi (20mW max) ve entegre NTC thermistor özelliği ile enerji dönüşüm uygulamalarında, endüstriyel inverter sistemlerinde ve motor kontrol devreleri tasarımında tercih edilir. Chassis mount montajı ile kolay entegrasyon sağlar.
