FP25R12KT4B16BPSA1 Hakkında
FP25R12KT4B16BPSA1, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen düşük güçlü IGBT modülüdür. Three Phase Inverter konfigürasyonunda tasarlanmış olup, maksimum 25A kollektör akımı ve 1200V yüksek gerilim dayanımı sunar. Trench Field Stop IGBT teknolojisi ile imal edilen bu modül, 160W maksimum güç seviyesinde çalışabilir. AG-ECONO2B-411 paketinde sunulan komponent, şasi montajı için uygun olup -40°C ile +150°C arasında işletme sıcaklık aralığına sahiptir. NTC Thermistor entegrasyonu ile termal yönetim sağlanır. Three Phase Bridge Rectifier girişi içeren modül, endüstriyel sürücü uygulamaları, güç dönüştürücüler ve AC motor kontrol sistemlerinde kullanılır.
