Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen FP10R12W1T4B3BOMA1, three phase inverter uygulamaları için tasarlanmış 1200V/20A IGBT modülüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisine sahip bu komponent, maksimum 105W güç yönetebilir ve -40°C ile 150°C arasında çalışabilir. 2.25V Vce(on) değeri ile düşük koneksiyon kaybı sağlar. Chassis mount konfigürasyonu ve dahili NTC termistor özelliği ile endüstriyel motor kontrol, UPS sistemleri ve yenilenebilir enerji uygulamalarında kullanıma uygundur. Standart gate input ile mevcut kontrol sistemlerine entegre edilebilir.
