F450R12KS4BPSA1, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 1200V/70A IGBT güç modülüdür. Full Bridge Inverter konfigürasyonunda tasarlanmış bu komponent, endüstriyel uygulamalarda güç dönüştürme ve motor kontrol sistemlerinde kullanılır. AG-ECONO2B-211 paketinde sunulan modül, 355W maksimum güç kapasitesine sahiptir.
