NGTB40N120FLWG Hakkında
NGTB40N120FLWG, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen 1200V 40A kapasiteli Trench Field Stop tipi IGBT transistördür. TO-247-3 paket tipinde sunulan bu komponent, maksimum 260W güç yönetimi kapasitesine sahiptir. Vce(on) değeri 15V, 40A koşullarında 2.2V'dur. Reverse recovery süresi 200ns ve switching enerjileri on için 2.6mJ, off için 1.6mJ'dur. -55°C ile +150°C arasında çalışabilen bu transistör, yüksek voltaj uygulamaları, AC/DC konvertörleri, motor kontrol devreleri ve endüstriyel güç dönüştürme sistemlerinde kullanılır. Through-hole montajı sayesinde geleneksel PCB uygulamalarında tercih edilir.
