NGTB30N60FWG Hakkında
NGTB30N60FWG, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen 600V 60A kapasiteli Trench tipi IGBT transistördür. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, maksimum 167W güç seviyesinde çalışabilir. 400V/30A test koşullarında 1.7V Vce(on) değerine sahiptir. Gate charge 170nC, reverse recovery time 72ns ve switching energy değerleri (on/off için 650µJ) ile hızlı anahtarlama uygulamaları için tasarlanmıştır. -55°C ile +150°C arasında çalışan bu IGBT, güç elektronikleri, motor kontrol devreleri, inverter uygulamaları ve endüstriyel anahtarlama devrelerde kullanılmaktadır. Through-hole montaj tipi ile PCB'ye doğrudan entegre edilir. Not: Bu parça üretimi durdurulmuş (obsolete) durumdadır.
