IRGP4750DPBF, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen 650V IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistördür. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, maksimum 70A collector akımı ve 105A pulsed akım kapasitesine sahiptir. -40°C ile 175°C arasında çalışan bu transistör, anahtarlama uygulamalarında, güç dönüştürücülerinde, inverter devrelerinde ve motor kontrol sistemlerinde kullanılır. 273W maksimum güç dağılım kapasitesi, 105nC gate charge ve 150ns reverse recovery time ile hızlı anahtarlama performansı sağlar.
