IRG4PH40UDPBF Hakkında
IRG4PH40UDPBF, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen 1200V ultrafast IGBT transistördür. 41A maksimum collector akımı ve 82A pulse akımı kapasitesiyle güç anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır. 86 nC gate charge ve 63 ns reverse recovery time ile hızlı anahtarlama performansı sağlar. TO-247-3 paket tipi ile Through Hole montajı destekler. -55°C ~ 150°C çalışma sıcaklık aralığında 160W maksimum güç yönetebilir. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate geriliminde 21A akımda 3.1V'tur. 1.8mJ/1.93mJ switching energy ve 46ns/97ns delay time karakteristikleriyle inverter, motor sürücü ve güç kaynağı uygulamalarında tercih edilir.
