IRG4PC30FDPBF Hakkında
IRG4PC30FDPBF, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen 600V IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistörüdür. 31A sürekli collector akımı ve 120A pulsed akım kapasitesine sahip olup, 1-8 kHz frekans aralığında hızlı anahtarlamalar için tasarlanmıştır. TO-247-3 paket tipinde sunulan bu bileşen, güç dönüştürücüler, inverterler, UPS sistemleri ve endüstriyel motor sürücüleri gibi uygulamalarda kullanılır. 42ns reverse recovery time ve 630µJ on-state switching energy ile verimli enerji yönetimi sağlar. -55°C ile 150°C arasında güvenli çalışma sınırlarında 100W maksimum güç dissipasyonu kapasitesi bulunmaktadır.
