IKW50N60H3FKSA1 Hakkında
IKW50N60H3FKSA1, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen 600V 100A kapasiteli Trench Field Stop IGBT transistördür. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, güç dönüştürücüleri, invertörler, motor kontrol devreleri ve endüstriyel anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır. 2.3V Vce(on) düşük iletim kaybı sağlarken, 130ns Reverse Recovery Time ile hızlı anahtarlama performansı sunar. -40°C ile 175°C arasında çalışabilir ve maksimum 333W güç disipasyonuna dayanır. Through-Hole montajı ile PCB'ye doğrudan monte edilebilir. Gate Charge değeri 315nC olup, standart tip giriş konfigürasyonuna sahiptir.
