AUIRGP50B60PD1, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen 600V NPT tipi IGBT transistörüdür. 75A maksimum collector akımı ve 390W güç sınırlaması ile tasarlanmıştır. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, anahtarlama uygulamalarında, güç dönüştürücülerde, motor sürücülerinde ve endüstriyel kontrol sistemlerinde kullanılır. -55°C ile 150°C arasında çalışma sıcaklığına sahip olan transistör, 2.85V Vce(on) ve 205nC gate charge değerleriyle hızlı ve verimli anahtarlama sağlar. Reverse recovery time 42ns ile minimize edilen kayıpları, on/off delay süreleri ise 30ns/130ns ile kontrol edilir. Standard input tipi ile 15V gate sürüsüne uyumludur.
