APT20GN60BDQ2G Hakkında
APT20GN60BDQ2G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen Trench Field Stop tipi IGBT transistördür. 600V Collector-Emitter diyotlama voltajı ve 20A nominal akım kapasitesi ile tasarlanmıştır. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, endüstriyel güç dönüştürme uygulamaları, şarj cihazları, inverterler ve motor kontrol sistemlerinde kullanılır. 1.9V Vce(on) değeri ile düşük iletim kaybı sağlar. -55°C ile 175°C arasında çalışabilir. 230µJ açılış ve 580µJ kapanış switching enerjisi ile verimli anahtarlama performansı sunar. Through-hole montaj tipi ile PCB'ye doğrudan lehimlenir.
