STGP7NC60H Hakkında
STGP7NC60H, STMicroelectronics tarafından üretilen 600V/25A kapasiteli bir IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistörüdür. TO-220-3 kasa tipinde sunulan bu komponent, maksimum 80W güç yönetebilir ve -55°C ile +150°C arasında çalışabilir. 35nC gate charge ve düşük switching energy özellikleri ile güç dönüştürücüleri, inverterler, motor sürücüleri ve UPS sistemlerinde kullanıma uygundur. 2.5V (on state) düşük doyum voltajı ile enerji kaybını minimize eder. Pulsed akım 50A'ye kadar çıkabilir. Halen üretim dışında olup, stok ve kullanımda olan uygulamalarda mevcuttur.
