Power Integrations LCS705HG eSIP-16J Entegre Devre Hakkında
Power Integrations LCS705HG, 11.4V–15V besleme aralığında çalışan, yarım köprü çıkış konfigürasyonlu LLC kontrol ve entegre MOSFET içeren bir güç sürücü entegresidir. 19.3A tepe çıkış akımı, 400mOhm tipik RDS(on) ve akım sınırlama, aşırı sıcaklık, aşırı gerilim, kısa devre ve UVLO korumaları bulunur. Through-hole montaj için eSIP-16J (16-SSIP) pakettedir ve -40°C ile 150°C (TJ) çalışma aralığını destekler.
