DP0150ALP4-7B, Diodes Incorporated tarafından üretilen PNP tipi bipolar junction transistördür (BJT). Surface mount DFN1006H4-3 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, maksimum 50V collector-emitter gerilimi ve 100mA collector akımı ile çalışabilir. 80MHz transition frequency ve 120 minimum DC current gain (hFE) özellikleriyle sahiptir. 300mV maksimum saturation voltajı ve 450mW maksimum güç dağıtımı kapasitesi ile tasarlanmıştır. -55°C ile +150°C arası sıcaklık aralığında çalışabilir.
