VS5V0BB1EST15R Hakkında
VS5V0BB1EST15R, ROHM Semiconductor tarafından üretilen bir TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diyotudur. 5V reverse standoff voltajı ve 11.4V clamping voltajı ile tasarlanmıştır. Surface mount 0201 (0603 Metric) paketinde sunulan bu çift yönlü TVS diyotu, 2.2A pik pulse akım (8/20µs) kapasitesine sahiptir. 25W pik pulse güç derecelendirmesi ile genel amaçlı uygulamalarda sinyal ve güç hatlarının transient aşırı voltaj korumasında kullanılır. -55°C ile 150°C arasında çalışabilir. Düşük kapasitans ve hızlı yanıt süresi, hassas elektronik devrelerde EMI/RFI koruması için uygun bir seçenektir.
