VS-100MT060WSP Hakkında
VS-100MT060WSP, Vishay tarafından üretilen 600V/107A IGBT modülüdür. Single konfigürasyonda tasarlanan bu modül, MTP (12-pin) paketinde sunulmaktadır. Maximum 403W güç kapasitesine ve 150°C işletme sıcaklığına sahiptir. Vce(on) değeri 15V/60A koşullarında 2.49V olup, giriş olarak Single Phase Bridge Rectifier kullanmaktadır. Entegre NTC thermistor özelliğine sahiptir. Through Hole montaj tipi ile yapılmıştır. Input Capacitance değeri 30V'ta 9.5 nF'dir. Endüstriyel uygulamalarda, güç dönüştürme, motor kontrol ve inverter sistemlerinde kullanılır. Ürün mevcut durumu Obsolete olup, stok tükenmesi durumunda alternatif ürünler önerilmektedir.
