STS321033U202 Hakkında
STS321033U202, Eaton Electronics Division tarafından üretilen unidireksiyonel TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diyotudur. 3.3V reverse standoff voltajı ve 15V maksimum clamping voltajı ile genel amaçlı korumalı uygulamalar için tasarlanmıştır. 25A peak pulse akımı (8/20µs) ve 350W peak pulse gücü ile geçici voltaj dalgalanmalarından devre elemanlarını korur. SC-76 / SOD-323 yüzey montaj paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, -55°C ile +125°C arasında çalışır. 1MHz'de 200pF kapasitans değerine sahiptir. Sinyal hatları, düşük voltaj mantık devreleri ve hassas elektronik sistemlerin ESD ve transient koruması için uygundur.
