STN161120U372 Hakkında
STN161120U372, Eaton Electronics Division tarafından üretilen tek kanallı unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diyotudur. 12V ters standoff voltajı ve 28V maksimum clamping voltajına sahip bu komponent, genel amaçlı uygulamalarda gerilim transiyentlerinden koruma sağlamaktadır. DFN1610-2L yüzey montajlı paket tipine sahip olan bileşen, 70A tepe darbe akımı (8/20µs) kapasitesine ve 2000W tepe darbe gücüne sahiptir. -55°C ile 125°C arasında çalışan komponent, 370pF (1MHz) kapasitansı ile sinyal integrasyonunda kullanılabilir.
