STN161090U602 Hakkında
STN161090U602, EATON Electronics Division tarafından üretilen unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diyottur. 9V reverse standoff voltajı ve 22V maksimum clamping voltajı ile genel amaçlı koruma uygulamalarında kullanılır. 90A peak pulse akımı (8/20µs) ve 2kW peak pulse güç derecelendirmesi ile elektrik ve elektronik devrelerindeki transient voltaj darbeleri ve ESD koruması sağlar. Surface mount DFN1610-2L (0603) paketinde sunulan bileşen, -55°C ile 125°C arasında güvenilir çalışma gösterir. 600pF @ 1MHz kapasitans değeri ile hassas sinyal uygulamalarında da uyumludur.
