STN101050B101 Hakkında
STN101050B101, EATON Electronics Division tarafından üretilen çift yönlü TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diyotudur. 5V reverse standoff voltajı ve 13V clamping voltajı ile genel amaçlı ESD ve transient koruma uygulamalarında kullanılır. DFN1006-2L yüzey montaj paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, 8A tepe darbe akımı (10/1000µs) ve 100W tepe güçle hızlı gerilim sıkıştırma sağlar. 10pF @ 1MHz kapasitansı ile sinyal hatlarına minimum etki oluşturur. -55°C ile +125°C arasında güvenli şekilde çalışan ve aktif üretimde olan bu diyot, genellikle I/O koruma, pin koruma ve low voltage transient suppression devrelerde yer alır.
