STGWA40HP65FB2 Hakkında
STGWA40HP65FB2, STMicroelectronics tarafından üretilen 650V Trench Gate Field-Stop IGBT transistördür. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, 72A kollektör akımı (maksimum) ve 120A darbe akımı kapasitesiyle tasarlanmıştır. Gate charge değeri 153 nC olup, Vce(on) 2V (15V gate, 40A kolektör koşullarında) dir. Reverse recovery time 140 ns ve switching energy 410µJ (kapatma) ile hızlı anahtarlama performansı sağlar. -55°C ile 175°C arasında çalışabilen bu IGBT, güç dönüştürme uygulamaları, invertörler, motor sürücüleri ve endüstriyel anahtarlamada kullanılır. Aktif ürün statüsüne sahip olup 227W maksimum güç yönetebilir.
