STGW15H120DF2 Hakkında
STGW15H120DF2, STMicroelectronics tarafından üretilen 1200V/15A IGBT transistörüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisi kullanılarak tasarlanan bu bileşen, anahtarlama uygulamalarında yüksek verimlilik sunar. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan transistör, endüstriyel güç denetim, solar inverter, motor sürücü ve UPS sistemleri gibi uygulamalarda kullanılır. 67 nC gate charge değeri ile hızlı anahtarlama özelliğine sahiptir. -55°C ile 175°C arasında çalışabilir ve maksimum 259W güç tüketebilir. Düşük Vce(sat) değeri (2.6V @ 15A) ısıl yönetimi kolaylaştırır.
