ST7580 48-VFQFPN (7x7) Entegre Devre Hakkında
STMicroelectronics ST7580, güç hattı üzerinden haberleşme (Power Line Networking) için System-On-Chip telekom arayüz entegresidir. UART arayüzü ile çalışır, 8V ~ 18V besleme aralığını destekler ve tipik 500µA besleme akımına sahiptir. 48-VFQFN exposed pad (48-VFQFPN 7x7) SMD pakettedir ve -40°C ~ 85°C çalışma sıcaklığı aralığına uygundur.
