PS9309L-AX Hakkında
PS9309L-AX, Renesas Electronics tarafından üretilen 5kV izolasyonlu optokuplör entegresidir. Mantık seviyesinde push-pull (totem pole) çıkış sunan bu bileşen, girdi ve çıktı devreleri arasında güvenli elektriksel izolasyon sağlar. 15kV/µs common mode transient immunity ile hızlı geçişleri tolere edebilir ve 1Mbps veri hızında çalışabilir. 4.5V-20V besleme gerilimiyle geniş voltaj aralığında kullanılabilir. Endüstriyel kontrol sistemleri, motor sürücüleri, güç kaynakları ve CAN/RS485 haberleşme uygulamalarında tercih edilir. Surface mount 6-SDIP paketi ile PCB'lere entegre edilir.
