P4SMAJ12CAS_R1_00001, Panjit tarafından üretilen surface mount TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diyottur. DO-214AC (SMA) paketi içinde sunulan bu komponent, genel amaçlı transient voltaj koruması uygulamalarında kullanılır. 12V reverse standoff voltajı ve 13.3V minimum breakdown voltajı ile çalışır. 20.1A peak pulse akımı ve 400W peak pulse gücü özelliğine sahiptir. Maksimum clamping voltajı 19.9V olup, -55°C ile +150°C arasında güvenli çalışır. Sinyal hatlarının ve hassas elektronik devrelerin ESD ve transient voltaj olaylarından korunması için idealdir.
