NGTB50N60L2WG, onsemi tarafından üretilen 600V 50A rated Trench Field Stop tipi IGBT transistördür. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, 100A maksimum DC collector akımı ve 200A pulsed akım kapasitesine sahiptir. 1.8V Vce(on) değeri ile düşük iletim kaybı sağlar. Gate charge 310nC ve switching energy değerleri (800µJ on, 600µJ off) ile hızlı anahtarlama özelliği gösterir. 500W maksimum güç desteği ile endüstriyel uygulamalar, motor sürücüler, güç elektronikleri dönüştürücüleri ve UPS sistemlerinde kullanılır. -55°C ile 175°C çalışma sıcaklık aralığı geniş ortamsal koşullara uyum sağlar. Through-hole montaj tipi ile geleneksel PCB tasarımlarında kolayca entegre edilebilir.
