NGTB30N60FLWG Hakkında
NGTB30N60FLWG, onsemi tarafından üretilen 600V/60A Trench Field Stop IGBT transistörüdür. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu komponent, maksimum 250W güç yönetimi kapasitesine sahiptir. Vce(on) değeri 1.9V (15V gate gerilimi, 30A akımda) olarak tasarlanmıştır. 170nC gate charge ve 72ns reverse recovery time özellikleriyle hızlı anahtarlama karakteristiğine sahiptir. Switching energy değerleri on için 700µJ, off için 280µJ'dir. -55°C ile +150°C arasında güvenli çalışma sağlar. Endüstriyel güç dönüştürme, motor sürücüsü, UPS sistemleri ve photovoltaic inverter uygulamalarında kullanılır. Through-hole montaj tipiyle PCB'ye direkt lehimleme yapılabilir.
