NGTB25N120FLWG Hakkında
NGTB25N120FLWG, onsemi tarafından üretilen 1200V/25A IGBT transistörüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisi kullanılarak tasarlanan bu bileşen, yüksek voltaj anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılmaktadır. TO-247-3 through-hole paketinde sunulan transistör, maksimum 50A sürekli akım, 200A pulse akımı desteklemektedir. 2.2V Vce(on) değeri ve 240ns reverse recovery time ile endüstriyel kontrol sistemleri, güç kaynakları, motor sürücüleri ve elektrik dönüştürücülerde uygulanır. -55°C ile 150°C arasında çalışma sıcaklığında güvenilir performans sunmaktadır.
