MG1240H-XBN2MM Hakkında
MG1240H-XBN2MM, Littelfuse tarafından üretilen 1200V/25A IGBT modülüdür. Three Phase Inverter konfigürasyonu ile brake fonksiyonunu destekler. Maximum 105W güç kapasitesine sahip bu modül, üç fazlı köprü doğrultaç girişine (Three Phase Bridge Rectifier) sahiptir. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate voltajında 40A akımda 1.8V olarak belirtilmiştir. NTC Thermistor entegrasyonu ile termal koruma sağlar. -40°C ile +125°C arasında çalışma sıcaklığına sahiptir. Chassis mount tipi kasa yapısı ile endüstriyel uygulamalara, motor kontrol sistemlerine ve güç elektronik devrelere entegre edilebilir. Bileşen şu anda obsolete durumdadır.
