MG06400D-BN1MM Hakkında
MG06400D-BN1MM, Littelfuse tarafından üretilen 600V/460A IGBT modülüdür. Half Bridge konfigürasyonunda tasarlanan bu modül, maksimum 1400W güç yönetebilir. Chassis Mount tipi pakajlandırma ile D-3 Module standardında sunulmaktadır. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate voltajında 400A akımda 2.45V olup, 600V collector-emitter breakdown voltajı ile yüksek voltaj uygulamalarında kullanılabilir. Input Capacitance değeri 25V'de 18nF'dir. Endüstriyel motor kontrol, güç dönüştürme ve inverter uygulamalarında tercih edilir. Ürün obsolete durumdadır.
