IXGP20N120B Hakkında
IXGP20N120B, Littelfuse tarafından üretilen 1200V/40A rated IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistördür. TO-220-3 paket ile sunulan bu komponent, maksimum 190W güç yönetimi kapasitesine sahiptir. Collector akımının pulsed değeri 100A'ye kadar çıkabilir. Gate charge 72nC olup, switching delay time on/off sırasıyla 25ns/150ns'dir. Vce(on) maksimum 3.4V (@15V, 20A) değerinde ölçülmektedir. -55°C ile +150°C arasında çalışan bu transistör, güç dönüştürme devreleri, inverter uygulamaları, motor sürücüleri ve endüstriyel anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır. Through-hole montaj tipiyle PCB'ye direkt entegre edilebilir.
