IXGH60N60C3D1 Hakkında
IXGH60N60C3D1, Littelfuse tarafından üretilen 600V/75A rated IGBT transistörüdür. PT (Punch Through) tipi tasarımı ile düşük switching energy tüketimi sağlayan bu komponent, yüksek frekanslı anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan transistör, 2.5V on-state voltajı (VCE(on)) ve 25ns reverse recovery time ile hızlı anahtarlama performansı sunar. 380W maksimum güç derecelendirmesi ile dc-dc dönüştürücüler, motor sürücüleri, enerji çevirici sistemleri ve endüstriyel kontrol devreleri gibi uygulamalarda tercih edilir. -55°C ile +150°C arasında çalışabilen bu transistör, 115nC gate charge değeri sayesinde sürücü devresi tasarımını kolaylaştırır.
