ISL9V2040S3ST Hakkında
ISL9V2040S3ST, onsemi tarafından üretilen bir IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistördür. 430V maksimum Collector-Emitter kırılma gerilimi ve 10A maksimum Collector akımı ile tasarlanmıştır. D²PAK (TO-263) yüzey montajlı paket içerisinde sunulan bu transistör, 130W maksimum güç dağıtımı kapasitesine sahiptir. 12nC gate charge ve 3.64µs turn-off zamanı ile hızlı anahtarlama özelliği gösterir. -40°C ile +175°C sıcaklık aralığında çalışabilen bu transistör, endüstriyel kontrol uygulamaları, motor sürücüsü, DC-DC dönüştürücü ve güç elektoniği devrelerinde kullanılır. Logic level giriş tipi ile TTL/CMOS uyumluluğu sağlar.
