IRGR2B60KDTRRPBF, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 600V NPT tipi IGBT transistördür. TO-252-3 (DPak) paketinde sunulan bu komponent, 6.3A maksimum kollektör akımı ve 8A pulslu akım kapasitesi ile tasarlanmıştır. 12nC gate charge değeri ile hızlı anahtarlama karakteristiğine sahip olup, 11ns açılış ve 150ns kapanış gecikmesi sağlar. 35W maksimum güç dissipasyonu kapasitesi bulunan transistör, -55°C ile 150°C arasında çalışabilir. Vce(on) voltajı 15V gate geriliminde 2A akımda 2.25V olarak belirtilmiştir. 74µJ açılış ve 39µJ kapanış switching enerjileri ile endüstriyel sürücü, motor kontrol ve güç yönetimi uygulamalarında kullanılan bu komponent, 68ns reverse recovery time ile etkili anahtarlama performansı sunar.
