IRGIB4610DPBF, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 600V IGBT transistöründür. TO-220-3 Full Pack (FULLPAK220 COPAK) paketinde sunulan bu komponent, maksimum 10A collector akımı ile çalışır. Standard input tipine sahip olan transistör, 122µJ açılma ve 56µJ kapanma switching energy'si ile karakterize edilmiştir. Anahtarlama uygulamalarında, inverter devrelerde, motor kontrol sistemlerinde ve güç dönüştürme uygulamalarında kullanılır. Through hole montaj tipi ile PCB'ye direkt olarak lehimlenir. Bileşen şu anda kullanım dışı (obsolete) statüsündedir.
