IRG4PC50K Hakkında
IRG4PC50K, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 600V IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistördür. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, 52A sürekli collector akımı ve 104A pulse akımı kapasitesine sahiptir. 200W maksimum güç dissipasyonu ile tasarlanmıştır. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate voltajında 30A akımda 2.2V'dir. Gate charge 200nC, switching enerjisi on için 490µJ, off için 680µJ'dür. -55°C ile +150°C junction sıcaklık aralığında çalışabilir. Delay time on/off değerleri 25°C'de sırasıyla 38ns ve 160ns'dir. Endüstriyel uygulamalar, motor kontrol, welding, güç kaynakları ve inverter devrelerde kullanılan bu bileşen, through-hole montajını destekler. Not: Bu ürün pazar dışında (obsolete) konumdadır.
