IRG4BC20FD-S Hakkında
IRG4BC20FD-S, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 600V 16A IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistörüdür. D2PAK paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, 60W maksimum güç dağılımı ve 37ns reverse recovery time ile karakterizedir. 27nC gate charge değeri ile hızlı anahtarlama özelliği sunar. -55°C ile 150°C arasında çalışma sıcaklığında stabil performans gösterir. Endüstriyel motorlar, güç dönüştürücüleri, dc-dc konvertörleri ve UPS sistemlerinde anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır. 480V/9A test koşullarında 2V Vce(on) değerine sahip olup, 250µJ on-state ve 640µJ off-state anahtarlama enerjisi ile güç yönetim devrelerinde verimli çalışma sağlar. Bileşenin üretimi sonlandırılmıştır (obsolete).
