IRG4BC20F-S Hakkında
IRG4BC20F-S, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 600V IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistörüdür. TO-220-3 paketinde sunulan bu komponent, maksimum 16A kollektör akımı ve 60W güç yönetimi kapasitesine sahiptir. 27nC gate charge ve hızlı switching karakteristiğiyle (on: 24ns, off: 190ns) darbe güç elektroniklerinde, DC-DC konvertörlerde, motor sürücülerinde ve inverter uygulamalarında kullanılır. Geniş çalışma sıcaklık aralığı (-55°C ~ 150°C) ve 64A pulsed akım kabiliyeti ile endüstriyel seviyede uygulamalara uygun tasarlanmıştır. Komponent obsolete statüsündedir.
