IKW15N120CS7XKSA1 Hakkında
IKW15N120CS7XKSA1, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 1200V IGBT transistördür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisine dayalı olan bu bileşen, maksimum 36A sürekli kollektör akımı ve 45A pulsed akımı taşıyabilir. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan transistör, endüstriyel uygulamalarda, güç dönüştürücülerinde, motor kontrol sistemlerinde ve high-frequency switching uygulamalarında kullanılır. 2V on-state gerilimi ve 750µJ/700µJ switching energy özellikleri ile verimli çalışma sağlar. -40°C ile 175°C arasında işletme sıcaklığına sahip olup, 176W maksimum güç yayılımında tasarlanmıştır.
