IKB20N65EH5ATMA1, Infineon Technologies tarafından üretilen 650V Trench Field Stop IGBT transistörüdür. 38A maksimum collector akımı ve 60A pulslu akımı ile düşük anahtarlama kaybı için tasarlanmıştır. 125W güç kapasitesi ile switching uygulamalarında kullanılır. 48nC gate charge ve 160ns turn-off gecikmesi ile hızlı anahtarlama özelliğine sahiptir. -40°C ile +175°C arası çalışma sıcaklığında stabildir. Surface mount TO-263 paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, endüstriyel invertörler, motor kontrol devreleri ve DC-DC dönüştürücülerde uygulanır.
