ICE40LP1K-CM81, Lattice Semiconductor tarafından üretilen düşük güç tüketimli FPGA bileşenidir. 1280 logic element ve 160 LAB (Logic Array Block) içeren bu entegre devre, 63 adet I/O pinine sahiptir. 65536 bit RAM kapasitesi ile veri işleme uygulamalarında kullanılmaya elverişlidir. Surface mount teknolojisi ile 81-UCBGA (4x4mm) paketinde sunulan bileşen, -40°C ile 100°C arasında çalışır. 1.14V-1.26V voltaj aralığında beslenme gerektiren bu FPGA, endüstriyel otomasyon, veri akquisition, sinyal işleme ve özel kontrol uygulamalarında tercih edilir.
